Cancellations & Returns

Once you submit your order we begin processing it right away. Before we let our artist start the order, it is possible to cancel or change your order, but once our artist is working on your order, it cannot be canceled.

We put customer's satisfaction on the first place . If for any reason you are not completely happy with your artwork, you can return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the painting, minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges will be refunded only if return is a result of our error.

Returned products must be returned in original packing with original protective corners, boxes, accessories etc. We cannot replace or provide credit for a returned product that is incongruent with the condition of your original order(s).

We suggest you to return paintings via a trackable method. We cannot replace or provide credit for any product lost during shipping process.

Returns Timeline

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will credit your original method of payment. You can expect to receive the refund in 5-10 business days after we receive the artwork. Sometimes sooner, but we estimate 5-10 business days after we receive the returned artwork due to the time required for inspection at our factory (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Please email us at service@outpost-art.org to tell us that you want to return your painting for a refund. Make sure to specify the reason for the return. We will email you our shipping information and instructions.
