Collage Party, a project by Canadian artist Paul Butler that Outpost staged in Los Angeles for one week in November 2004 at MOCA The Geffen Contemporary.

Collage Party

Outpost invited Canadian artist Paul Butler to bring his roving
Collage Party project to Los Angeles for one week, working in collaboration with MOCA The Geffen Contemporary, our hosting venue. Over one hundred artists participated in this event, many coming from different parts of Canada and the United States. The project challenged the function of the museum by opening a space that is normally withheld for the viewing of art to become a site for making art.
