Karl Adloff (1819–1863) was a German landscape and architecture artist who was born in Duesseldorf.  Even though many people believed that Karl's artworks didn't show his style clearly, he is definitely good at playing of colored lights together with their reflection on the water. Most of his original artworks are presented in the National Gallery of Duesseldorf.
